Correlation Research About Recruitment And Hiring Mechanism Of Operators And Preparation For Employment Of Students

The number of students and graduates are increasing every year. Employment of students became more and more difficulty,and have more competition,Employment pressure is also increasing. Student employment has also attracted People wide attention and studied as a social problem.Recruitment and hiring mechanism of operators is correlated with preparation for employment of students, the standard of selection personnel of operators is the direction for preparation for employment of students. This study use person matching theory and competency theory of human resource management,and base on the actual situation of employment of students.To study requirements and conditions of Operators when they recruit and hire students. Explaining operators is how to detect and what ability of students,students should have ability to enterprises employing standard.According to the standard of personnel selection operators,To analyze knowledge, ability, thought, understanding of students bring the affect for preparation for employment. Based on the analysis and understand related factors,propose the correlation suggestion about preparation for employment of students. Preparing for employment need government policy supporting, Protection of the social environment, universities education and guidance, students own prepare, passing four factors play their own effectiveness, interaction to complete the job of students preparing.
