The Study Of After-school Exercises In The High School Historical Textbook

In the course of history teaching, the existence of after-school exercise has special significance; it is playing an irreplaceable role in the teaching of history. It is not only review questions that help students consolidate the content, more importantly; it plays an important role in promoting the expansion of student thinking, training human spirit and rational thinking, fostering student's many capacities. However, so far, whether paper or monograph, the study of history exercises is few, the study of after-school exercise that as an important part of history exercises is very less. Under the new curriculum, facing the requirements of history teaching, it is necessary to carry on extensive research and systematic research for the after-school exercise in the historical textbook.This article is divided into five parts. The first part is introduction, introducing the background and the correlation research results about after-school exercise and high school historical exercise, clarifing the purpose and significance of the study.The second part is theoretical study on after-school exercise of the historical textbook, including the type, design principles, function of after-school exercise, addressing the meaning of after-school exercise under the new curriculum.The third part through the use of questionnaires and interviews, based on the grasping usage of after-school exercise in the first compulsory history textbook published by Yuelu press in JinCheng city, through analysis and research of survey data,finding out the historical after-school exercise problems in the implementation process, analysis the reasons of those problems. The fourth part is recommendations and observations for the existing problems of after-school exercise.The conclusion part summarize the development trend of the new curriculum reform and the achievements of this paper and the need for improvements.
