Being a set of subject , Chinese is not only a kind of knowledge but also used as tools and full of humanity,and it also plays a vital role in the process of senior middle school learning. According to the New Curriculum Standard published in 2007,"Being the most important of human intercourse ,language is the major component of human cultural.The main character of Chinese class is the combination of tools and humanity". The new round of curriculum reforming compliance with the teaching philosophy of"taking humans as essentials", requiring that the education should promote students'all round development and explore the subjective capability of the students,and it also emphasises the principle position of students in class, as a result ,the educational way should absolutely follow the change. The target of our education is"for the development of each student",as for this, we should take into consideration of the individual difference in each sutdents during the process of our teaching.So"individualized instruction"and layering teaching method are without suspicion a better way of teaching.In view of the classroom teaching situation , there is still a long way to go for the layering teaching method .The system for selecting the excelent students,the carrying out of the"Class Selection System",the time spend on tutorship are all ways trying for the layering teaching and they all get good results , helping each students find their own place and work out their potentialities. The author teaches in"the delayed type"senior middle school which is equipped with topflight hardware facilities and develops quickly. But as it is still the latecomer, the basic knowledge and skills of students differ from one another,which shows that the layering teaching method is deadly needed.According to the present situation, the author is trying to put the layering teaching method into practice. She tries to use the layering teaching method in poem appreciating course and the writing of argumentative paper course during grade one and two ,which certainly promotes the study in the education feld. Here are the summarize of the work,expecting to make a contribution to the futher study of our education feld.
