Characteristics Of The Vocational School Student Peer Groups And School Education Management Countermeasures Research

This study is based on that the peer group is an important affecting factor in personal socialization, and the idea and behavior mode of peer group is almost a general force to the growing up of the teenagers. For the vocational school students who are teenagers, the peer group has non-systemic and informal impact on them. But it has very vital function on the growing-up and development of the vocational school students.In this study, the right and negative influence of the socialization of the vocational school students, which is brought by their peer group, is a point of penetration. The design of questionnaire and the actual survey is set from the socialized function of peer group, the type of activity and the value orientation. Through the information from the research, the character of the vocational school students peer group is summed up. To aim at the character, the education management, which is to promote the right influence of the peer group in the socialization of vocational school students, is brought forward. The adequately usage of the peer group will promote the development of the socialization of the vocational school students.
