Under the background of the shortage of high-skilled talents and the increasingly prominent status and role of vocational education,vocational education groups have become one of the effective forms of China's vocational education from extensive scale development to intensive connotation development with its own characteristics and advantages.The birth of the Education Group conforms to the development of the times,meets the needs of economic and social development,reforms the path of vocational education development,and is conducive to vocational education to comprehensively improve the ability to serve the national strategy and the comprehensive development of people.Vocational education groups have more than20 years of development history in China,and have made great progress,but how to improve the quality of training high-skilled talents,how to deepen the talent training mechanism of industry-education integration,school-enterprise cooperation,and how to establish and improve vocational education The operation mechanism of the vocational education group,especially the internal governance structure and decision-making mechanism of the vocational education group,and the promotion of in-depth cooperation and collaborative development among the members of the vocational education group,are all issues that the vocational education group needs to solve urgently.The implementation of performance management will help the vocational education group solve the above problems.However,compared with the development strategy formulated by the Vocational Education Group,the performance management implemented at this stage cannot fully meet the requirements of strategic development.There are also lack of scientific rationality in the setting of performanceassessment indicators,lack of performance implementation links,lack of performance communication and feedback,etc.problem.Based on this,this research topic is proposed to optimize the performance management system of the vocational education group.This article takes the cross-disciplinary and cross-industry composite vocational education group,HENGXING Vocational Education Group,where the author works as the research object,starting from solving the effective implementation of HENGXING Vocational Education Group's performance management system,and based on the theoretical foundation and tools of performance management.Based on the research of the method,combined with the analysis of the main business and operational characteristics of the HENGXING Vocational Education Group,a diagnosis analysis of the status quo,and then the optimization design of the performance management system of the HENGXING Vocational Education Group.The main contents of the optimization plan include the principles and ideas for the construction of the performance management system,the design of the performance management indicator system and the performance management process design of the HENGXING Vocational Education Group.At the same time,it provides the guarantee for the implementation of the HENGXING Vocational Education Group's performance management system optimization plan.The measures hope to play a certain role in the performance management system of similar vocational education groups,and can also really help achieve the ten-year strategic goal of the HENGXING Vocational Education Group.
