Learning Resource Platform. Successful Employment-based College Students To Design And Build

Learning Resource Platform (LRP) based on the successful employment of university students can help universities and colleges carry out Whole-Oriented Career Guidance, can help students enhance their employability and competitiveness. Draw on "Context, User and Content" from information architecture theory, the paper demonstrates how to design and construction Learning Resource Platform (LRP). This paper can guide the University Library to more effective use of existing digital resources.This paper has six parts. The first part is introduction, describes research background, research methods and thesis structure; the second part is the theoretical analysis for Learning Resource Platform; the third part is career planning theory, analysis of how college students successfully get a job; the fourth part analysis learning model, explains the relevant theories of learning motivation; the fifth part is how to build the content of Learning Resource Platform (LRP); the sixth part is the practice of S College Library project.This paper is the study of a very practical subject, for different work environments, with different practices guide.
