Content:The ultimate goal of education is to cultivate people. Chinese teaching in vocational school owes indispensable responsibility to educate students humanities. Under increasing globalization condition, as a Chinese teacher, I must change my thought and adopt properer teaching manners to encourage students to absorb ethnic cultures and overlook the universe so as to improve their quality and make them more humanistic, to perfect their personalities so that they could bear the responsibilities to heir and innovate the ethnic cultures.The main body of this paper has been divided into four chapters. The first one is a general narration of humanities, of which the first class is talking about the connotation and the second class is talking about the association between Chinese teaching and the humanities.The Chapter two is focusing on the significance of Chinese making efforts on the humanities. I summed up the conseqences of their deficiency in humanities and the indirect reasons which caused this. And I also make a highlight on that Chinese teaching are having eyes on people's perfection and the goal of development. All of these are very important to cultivate a comprehensive person.The third chapter is mainly aiming to making a simple analysis on humanistic elements in Chinese textbooks so that the advantages could be displayed.The fourth chapter is showing some measures to cultivate humanities combining some scenarios of Chinese teaching. This part is major of this part, which is conducted from three aspects. The first one is the old mind should be abandoned and taste-cultivate should be emphasized. Secondly, students should be led to dig up new approach on writing part. Then, we should conduct our teaching in a more free, coordinating and Probing way. This will harmonize the relations between students and teachers.
