The student's lung capacity, velocity, strength decreased significantly, According to the conditions, the article was written from the view of sports input and it showed that: firstly, the awareness of emphasize marks and light sports leading to the less time to be used in the sports and the change of environment make the students are more quiet than before. Secondly, the humanities and natural environment depressed the interest of the students and the teachers'attitude and skills made the poor effect. Thirdly, leading by the National Matriculation Test , the school and the family could not insist the right value of sports and they would not like to offer the condition to the students to practice. The last one reason is the students changed their mind to study by depress their warmhearted to sports. In a word, we got conclusion that the less of sports input leaded to the decrease.The author checked a great deal of data on the basis of the condition, and talked with the senior experts the settle these problems. At the first, all the related departments should obey the regulation strictly, using the methods offered by the government to manage the school sports working. Secondly, the educational manage department should afford the duty of publicizing, organize the school to study the policies and inspect the working of the school. The school must change the idea to put more energy into create healthy recorder for the students and make practice plan according to their situation. In addition that, the school should input more into sports and hold on matches. Thirdly, the form master should emphasize sports and create a good atmosphere for making them fall overboard for sports. At the same time, their family should cooperate with school to make the students do exercise actively. The last but not least point, making the students pay more attention to sports through publicity.
