Students' motivation towards mathematics learning has a direct impact on mathematics learning. A Reasonable motivation towards learning can promote students' positive thinking, and make students interested in learning activities potential development.The scholars both abroad and at home pay attention to students' motivation towards mathematics. For example, gender difference, grade differences, and races differences. But a few researchers pay an attention to students'motivation towards mathematics under Integrative theory of motivations. Researching motivation towards mathematics learning at different stages of learning has important theoretical and practical significance.The paper uses self-designed questionnaire about students'motivation towards mathematics learning. The questionnaire has the validity and reliability through verification effectively guarantee. The research object is Primary School students(grade 5), Junior high school students (grade 2) and High school students(grade 2). They are from Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. The number of students is 455. Use of SPSS 16.0 software for statistical data collected, use average and ANOVA to analyze races differences, use T-test to analyze gender differences, use Pearson correlation and Analysis of regression to test the relation of motivation and achievement. Through the analysis and discovery:(1) The students'motivation towards mathematics learning have Differences in different stages of learning, Primary School students and Junior high school students, Primary School students and High school students have Differences in different stages of learning, Primary School students surpass Junior high school students, Primary School students surpass High school students, Junior high school students surpass High school students(2) Students' motivation towards mathematics learning of Primary School students and Junior high school students have no gender differences, and high school has no gender differences.(3) Primary School students and Junior high school students in motivation towards mathematics and learning motivation have effect on math scores, but the predictive powers are different. high schoo student's motivation towards mathematics learning and math scores no relationship.
