With the deepening impact to the world economy environment of the financial crisis, the situation of college graduates employment is becoming more severe. In view of the current college students' employment problems, all universities regard promoting students' individual development and harmonious society as education principles. It can help students with planning career development and cultivation of professional ability, and choose appropriate professional for the purpose to guide students to employ smoothly and effectively. Meanwhile, with the accelerated development of information technologies, the teaching model based on the network environment has been more and more wide attention of teachers group. To integrate information technology into classroom teaching with the purpose of optimizing teaching design and improving teaching effect in the level of theory and practice. This research set foot in college students' careers guidance curriculum contents and characteristics, and designs the network teaching platform in the network environment, and improves the teaching effects of the course through classroom teaching and extracurricular practice based on the network environment. Thus, this research can help students better understand the theory of career guidance curriculum content and the actual combat skills of job employment. Eventually it will effectively guide college students' employment.First of all, this research analyzes the domestic and international the present situation of employment to develop the students through systemizing the research literatures in the aspects of university students' employment guidance, and resolves the course of the relevant concepts and theory. Secondly, this research regards the school education as a fundamental foothold to analyze the feedback data from the questionnaire and the records of the interviews through the investigation way of visiting and issuing questionnaires in some parts of universities in Liaoning province, and researches college students' careers guidance curriculum of the current situation and problems. Then put forward the countermeasures of improving college students' career guidance curriculum construction. Finally, according to the college students' careers guidance curriculum, this research integrates the existing available resources in the network environment in the order to improve college students' employment guidance curriculum construction, and constructs the network teaching platform in this course. Then illustrate the specific application of this platform. It will be aimed at partly optimizing careers guidance teaching effectiveness and effectively guide college students employment.
