The kindergarten and the family are two "educators" closely related to the process of young children's healthy growth. Along with environmental changes in the early childhood education, which play important roles and make an important intermediate environmental system formed between them—that is home relationship, of which native place cooperation is important part of kindergarten education work, which is not only connected with the quality of kindergarten education,but also meet the needs of growth and development of children. A high level of native place Cooperation can not only ensure children's overall and harmonious development, but also improve the quality of kindergarten education.In this paper, I just made the survey on the present conditions in cooperation of Wuhai kindergarten native place by the means of interview and questionnaire. The result shows most kindergartens have the conscious of native place cooperation, but they lack of plans and equal status between parents and teachers during their cooperation. What's more, kindergartens paid less attention to the potential educational resource that parents have. According to the problems, I try putting forward the following countermeasures research.This study suggests that Wuhai is an urban-rural integrating city. There are differences between kindergartens in urban and agricultural areas. All along, the Government has not been attaching importance to pre-school education. Public kindergartens do not meet so many children's entering needs, While private kindergartens have grown rapidly and the number is increasing, So step by step they become the main force for early childhood education.of Wuhai city. Since most of the private garden teachers are low professional quality ones, And teachers as well as parents view their native place cooperation differently, they carry out different educational practice to children, teachers and parents in the native place cooperation allowed the positioning of the role of cognitive and behavioral performance in the education of the inconsistency, Besides, different educational view that teachers and parents hold and the lack of communication result in low efficiency of current cooperation in their native place,Solutions are following.firstly,:give support and guidance to the weak co-park native place. Secondly, carry out co-guidance to public Gardens and private ones by means of different contents and forms. Thirdly, change the educational concept of parents and update the concept of teachers' collaboration, provide reasonable arrangement for cooperation program; Finally, make full use of parental resources, combine with reality and improve. active cooperation.Only kindergartens and family have full used of their educational resources and try to be in perfect coordination and form the education pools efforts, can they make sure children's physical and mental health and their harmonious and overall development.
