Research On Vocational Fitness Training Methods For Electrical Automation Majors In Higher Vocational Colleges

It is the unique physical education of higher vocational and technical colleges. On the one hand, enhancing student's physical quality is the essence of Physical Education in Colleges and Universities, On the other hand, for students of the future better adapted to high intensity work, reserve physical exercise is good for professional knowledge that is indispensable. There are some problems here and innovation by discussion on improving students'vocational physical in Higher Vocational Colleges, this paper refines method of physical culture in Higher Vocational Colleges career which combined with the truth and demand of Higher Vocational Colleges,careful analysis and study on the mechanical and electrical professional fitness training of vocational and technical college students in Gansu ProvinceThis article mainly adopted researching methods of literature material law, expert interview law, questionnaire survey, probability method,comparative analysis and empirical research method and so on. Electrical automation specialty in Gansu Institute of Mechatronic technology as the research sample,to test data of the student body as the main data collection points,dig out the shortcomings existing in the physical education content in Higher Vocational Colleges,by tracking observation of electrical automation Specialty Curriculum of vocational physical teaching, From analysis, induction and summary professional Physical Education of the students following conclusion.1. At present most of the higher vocational colleges in our country have opened the electrical automation specialty, most of the graduates are responsible for the electrical, mechanical and electrical equipment installation, testing and maintenance work. The basic requirement of the most electrical enterprises'employ standard and professional fitness are:strong arm, especially the flexible finger, good upper limb muscles, plenty of abdominal strength, good endurance and cardiopulmonary function, can work under the noisy and odorant environment for a long period of time and have the spirit of hard- working.2. Now the electrical automation specialty's physical education of vocational colleges in our country mainly exists the following problems:the contents of the current higher vocational physical education curriculum setup has rarely consider the physical education and professional education both together. The course content is relatively single and traditional, lack of interest and students' learning enthusiasm is not high. The current physical teaching pattern is too rigid and bonded from the traditional teaching ways, which didn't add the element of professional physical education as well the training target lack of pertinence.3. The "combination" physical training method can effectively improve the students' physical quality and professional quality. By comparing the change of the two groups of students through the "combination" experiment teaching of the electrical automation major, the professional physical teaching in higher vocational colleges is the important measures to promote the reform of the teaching of physical education.4. The "combination" method of physical training is not only provide certain reference for the science and engineering of higher vocational colleges students' physical training but also provide valuable experience for the future professional physical education methods. It is proved to be feasibility and validity by experiment and can be promoted in some vocational colleges.5. The choice of test content is not very exquisite that due to the limitation of experimental conditions in the process of implementing of this study, to correspond the optimizing type with each special physical training method is the direction I need to work on in the later study.
