Rural Vocational Education Development Research Under The Background Of Urban-rural Integration

With the reform and open policy unceasingly went on, the economy, the society, the culture and some other aspects in our country have made much considerable progress. Furthermore, the comprehensive national strength has gotten strengthened and the international status has gotten promoted greatly. All these reforming results obtained cannot leave the contribution and support of the rural to our country's industrialization and modernization. But the deep development gap between the city and countryside must be faced and must be eliminated. Then, the great urban-rural integration strategy to balance the urban and the rural development has been proposed to realize the policy of the industry feeding back the agriculture and the city supporting the rural, to constantly accelerate the development of the rural and to speed up the step of the new rural reconstruction project.Vocational education is one of the most effective education form relates with our country's economy and social development, which has trained a large quantity of new talented and skilled people. However, the separated development structure of city and rural vocational education cause the development of rural vocational education have largely fall behind that of the city vocational education, which not only lacks the external environment to guarantee its development smoothly but also leads to many problems in its running system that has seriously hindered the overall level improvement of vocational education. Presently, our country is facing a society and economy reforming process and has gone into a important period, i.e. the period of accelerating the development steps of the rural urbanization, the agriculture industrialization and the farmer modernization, which urgently need a large number of high quality and skilled people to guarantee the urban-rural integration strategy to advance smoothly. Therefore, how to speed up the reform of rural vocational education to reverse its unfavorable development situation are a great challenge as well as a valuable developing opportunity to rural vocational education.China has a popular saying i.e. who doesn't study for overall situation is hardly to manage for one aspect. The urban and rural integration development strategy is not only one kind of national macroeconomic regulation strategy but also one kind of reform instruction to rural vocational education. An overall development perspective was used to analyse the inside and outside deficient development of rural vocational education and a sound approach was proposed to solve the problem in this dissertation, which require our country to strengthen the overall management, increase funding investment and perfect the external security system. The most important is that rural vocational education itself must develop according to the guidance of the integration development policy and the market demand to running school and must make full use of urban effective resources to conduct urban and rural joint education. Only in this way can the problem in rural vocational education be solved sufficiently and realize the development of a lifelong, obligatory and integrated vocational education. And only in this way can the urban vocational education develop harmoniously with the economy and the social.
