development of rural vocational education in the integration of urban and rural development,to meet the demand of talents is the urgent need to solve the problem of rural vocational education.In this study,taking Jiangsu Zhangjiagang as the research object,to urban and rural background,from the theory about the occupation education,first of all,summarizes the promoting effect of the domestic and foreign rural vocational education in the process of urban-rural integration,rural vocational education is the main way to prove the narrowing gap between urban and rural areas,promote the new rural construction;secondly,the analysis of the status quo of Zhangjiagang rural economic development and rural labor force status,discusses the basis for the development of rural vocational education and opportunities facing the city;thirdly,Zhangjiagang city census data and rural occupation education development based on the current situation,analyzes the rural occupation education from the two aspects of demand and supply,particularly concerned about the gap between rural occupation education and local economic development in rural areas of Zhangjiagang City,discusses the existing problems in the education of occupation,the city,the next step to improve the rural occupation education system,making the quality of human capital strategy to provide the basis for improving the level of education;fourth,based on the above analysis,the population growth model and human capital development model based on the analysis of Zhangjiagangcity in the future,the size of the population,the amount of labor,industry development mode and direction of economic development,put forward the development of rural vocational education policy and approaches.Through this study.draws the following education;(2)From the labor force itself features,in the economic development under the action of external force,labor skill characteristics change,the labor force itself on the increasing demand of occupation skill training.but the current market professional skills training,school conditions single lag,the level of education is difficult to adapt to market demand and other problems,the further development of rural vocational skills education repressor;(3)Zhangjiagang City Vocational Education in rural areas there ls a lack of funding,policy support for small,technology promotion is not in place.the training system is not sound and other factors,agriculture occupation school resources development at the same time,the demand of the development of the shortage of professional structure development,discussion on the existing problems,the development of rural vocational education in the area of solutions and future development direction from the two aspects of quantitative and
