In recent years, along with the economic and employment mechanism transformation, together with the college expansion, the Party Central Committee and the State Council focus on the employment problems of college graduates. By the end of 2010, the number of college graduates has more than 6.3 million. With all the previous unemployed graduates, a large quantity of graduates need to find their jobs; however, the college graduates' employment situation is still severe, especially under circumstances of the international financial crisis and the pressure of unemployment. The status of college graduate employment is not only reflect social and economic development level, but also affect the reform of higher education. Therefore, the college graduates' full employment plays an important role of social stability and economic development.Based on the above circumstance, we will analysis this situation from four aspects of the related university students'employment factors in China, and put forward the corresponding countermeasures. The first part will state the evolution of university students' employment system and positive effect of social and economic development. The second part will present the current situation of university students' employment, and further analysis about it. The influencing factors of university students' employment mainly are the following aspects:Firstly, although the government has issued a series of policies and measures, it still cannot adapt to the changing labor market effectively, and the employment system needs further improvement as well. In addition, some traditional social employment concepts are also constraint, which makes employment channels is narrow. Secondly, the process of knowledge education itself has been more regarded; however, the real ability of students were neglected in the higher education of China nowadays. It is easy to ignore quality-oriented education for students. Many colleges and universities are not clear about their talents cultivation orientation; and the specialty setup does not cohere with industrial structure and social demand. Therefore, it often leads that the ability of graduates can not meet the requirements of employing unit. Thirdly, some employing units have not reasonable employment system. They do not provide a sufficient social welfare and security allowance, and also have the deviation concept that can't fit the society. Recently, it is difficult to eliminate the traditional social division of labor and the sexism in a short-term. For instance, there are still different levels of sexism in the employment of female graduates. Fourthly, the college graduates have no clear self-judgment and self-orientation by themselves. The deficiency of employability is because not only high expectations and low sense of competition students have, but also their ideas can not adapt to the current employment situation. The third part of this article will do a comprehensive analysis via the relevant measures of foreign promote employment for college students, combined with actual situation in China. We will give countermeasures to promote college students employment. There are mainly four aspects concerned: First, the government needs to improve and reform current employment system, create good working environment, strengthening policy support and improving the social security system, in order to promote the university students' employment. Second, the university must combine talent structure with the demand of market, strengthen the combination of theory and practice, pay attention to the teaching model that cultivate both ability and quality, improving careers guidance and employment services, and deepen the principle and target task for higher education. Third, the employing unit should change their obsolete concept and improve the present recruitment system. Forth, the graduates have to adjust their employment concept and psychology constantly, strive to improve their qualities, participate in the social practice actively and make career planning in advance.
