Analysis And Solutions To Graduates’Employment Quality In W University J College

In recent years, college students’employment situation, affected by various factors, has become increasingly serious. The poor employment quality which has drawn widespread concern among the society can only be improved by college education. To solve this problem, college administrators have to get the real data of graduates’ employment with which they can diagnose the problems in the educational process. The thesis aims to set up the index system of factors affecting employment quality with AHP. This index system helps to enhance the in-depth research into employment quality, enrich the theories of college education and improve graduates’ employment competitiveness as well as their employment quality.Having worked as a teacher in W University for years, gained much relevant working experience and possessed a real and objective view on the employment quality of W University J College graduates, the author chooses to study the employment quality of graduates from W University J College. Apart from reading and studying a large amount of relevant documents both at home and abroad, the author investigated the employment quality of graduates in J College and found that their employment stability and career match degree calls for development. Based on the survey data, the author studied out the influencing factors of employment quality and set up an index system of factors affecting employment quality to analyze with AHP. The research shows that the student’s personal factor and college factor take up most among factors that affect employment quality. Then, the author did research from factors of society, college, family and the graduates themselves in J College and came up with appropriate solutions.The thesis focuses on the research, measurement and evaluation of the employment quality in J College from the perspective of graduates, namely, the knowledge users. Apart from what have mentioned above, the author is to do research on employers so that the employment competitiveness of graduates and the educational quality can be comprehensively improved.
