Strongly promoting rural primary modern distance education and developing the rural education by informationization, is a major decision of Central committee and the State Council. Henan committees and governments attach great importance to this job; the bureaus of education, development and reform and finance cooperate closely, effectively ensures the Henan modern distance education smoothly implemented. This paper adopts investigation, literature research, experience summary and other methods, to research and discuss the issues about rural primary modern distance education in Henan and the relevant matters.The first part of dissertation is the introduction in which mainly introduce the study background and significance, related literature review, research methodology, innovation points and shortcomings. The second part of the paper, according to the project implementation and application of Henan province, analyzes the successful experiences of which mainly conclude as the fully liability, strict process, integrated system and intensive training; the paper discusses the application of project, and indicates that the project plays a positive role; according to the relevant data, the paper analyzes the application of the project of Henan province in current situation. The third part of the paper analyses the current problems in the work of Henan province, which are mainly concept knowing, equipment management, technical support and funding assistance etc; meanwhile, along with economic and social development, there are new developing opportunities to the educational informationization for the further popularization and deepening. In this circumstance, the paper carries on the project strategies research of Henan province, to point out that the understanding of the project should be profound known, the management and the application should be further strengthen and enhanced, and finally suggests the future development plans for rural primary modern distance education of Henan province. The final part of the paper is the conclusion in which draws a main point of view of the paper and makes a blueprint of the work in the future.
