Analysis On Current Development Of Tai-Jiquan Team And Counte Rmeasures In Henan Province

Taijiquan has a long history in China and Henan province is one of the earliest Taijiquan cradles. Taijiquan plays a very important role in Wushu culture development in China center plain, and it is a main part of Henan culture development. Therefore, accelerate the research of Taijiquan meet the needs of Henan culture development. This article takes Henan Taijiquan Team as the research object; aiming to study the developing conditions of Henan Taijiquan Team which is in the combination mode of sports and physical education; analyzing the influential factors of Henan Taijiquan Team development and giving the countermeasures and suggestions. The main research conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1). Henan Taijiquan Team is a new mode team which is under the management of Physical Education College of Zhengzhou University. It has improved greatly in competition achievements than the before Henan Wushu Team, and more and more athletes get higher scores in national and intercontinental matches, the Taijiquan Team comprehensive power is totally increased.(2)The management body diversification makes the goal setting more diversified. The sports and physical education combination mode Taijiquan team has the two resources of Physical Education college of Zhengzhou university and Henan Sports Bureau. Comparing with the original Henan Wushu Taijiquan team, it has richer human resources,teaching materials,stronger scientific research group and better campus cultural environment. These factors effectively promote the athletes'studying and training, and it is beneficial for the sound development of Taijiquan team.(3) Physical and Education mode improve the cultural level significantly of the athletes of Henan Tajiquan team, and the comprehensive development of athletes. Henan Taijiquan team in this process of continuous exchanges learning, innovation on teaching ideas and development consciousness.(4).This paper argues that the main factors which influence Henan Taijiquan team development. They are:sports policies,changing rules,coaches advanced development consciousness and professional qualities,athletes selecting scientificalness and accuracy,incentive mechanism,injury,psychological intervention and etc.(5) Following gymnastics and diving, Wushu Competition rules has experienced eight innovations. On the basis of action quality and skill drilling scoring, it is added the difficulties scoring. At present, the competition rules develop towards "higher, harder, newer and more beautiful" direction. New rules emphasize the value of difficult actions, and it makes competitive Taijiquan change towards the higher and stronger. The rules changing requests the sport team should pay more attention to the physical quality and explosive force when selecting athletes, in order that the athletes qualify the basic conditions for more difficult movements.Suggestions are as follows:(1) Strengthen internal and external management, set rational goal and make long-term political files for Henan Taijiquan team. Ensure its development continuity and sustainability.(2) Henan Taijiquan team should make good use of the excellent resources of Sports and Physical Education Combination Mode, pay attention to the construction of research team, strengthen research on Taijiquan culture,training,competition rules etc, and make contributions to Taijiquan comprehensive development.(3) Goals setting of Henan Taijiquan team should conform to the needs of two management subject. On the one hand, we must make efforts to get better achievements; on the other hand, we should use this mode, use the good opportunity to improve the school teaching,scientific research and training level. These two aspects should be balanced development.(4) Pay attention to the training of coaches'innovation consciousness and their professional ability and urge them to actively participate in national and international Taijiquan matches and exchanges activities. Focus on the sorting,learning and research about the coaches'accumulated experience on Taijiquan training process, make it into a inheritance system, and enable them to be passed down. Strengthen the management on athletes, and establish a set of training quality evaluation system for them; ensure the athletes'training situation in real-time monitoring. (5) We should make good use of Henan Taijiquan deep cultural details and extensive mass foundation to expand its popularity, and make Taijiquan team as a symbolic culture brand of Henan Province.
