Teacher's occupational fatigue is an extreme response when they can't cope with the work stress well, that is also an status of bad mood, negative attitude and behavior failure which is generated by experienced the pressure for long terms. The typical symptoms are lower job satisfaction, loss of enthusiasm and interest, feelings of alienation and apathy. Teacher's occupational fatigues not only influenced the quality of education and teaching greatly, but also seriously affect the health of teachers, and also have a huge negative impact on the growth and development of students. With the more attention people pay it to the education and teachers, the greater hope that people place to them, teacher's position is becoming more important in the students and society, therefore, the research on teacher's occupational fatigue is significant.Teacher as a high risk of job burnout has become a hot research for many scholars.In this study, it is an research on the correlation between physical exercises and teachers job burnout mainly through primary and secondary schools in HeNan Province.And it can provide the scientific basis according of psychological for doing the mitigation and prevention of job burnout for primary and secondary school teachers. So as to improve the physical and mental health of primary and secondary school teachers, and provides work to mobilize the enthusiasm of teachers and provide some workable suggestions for the scientific management of primary and secondary school teachers.This stuy adopts the Ma Bussiness Burnout General Scale (MBI-GS) which was translated by Li-Chaoping and self-made Sports Exercise Scale to research 600 primary and secondary school teachers for questionnaire survey that using questionnaire letters, being high effetives.We use statistical software SPSS 17.0 income these datas and process them.According the analysis. this paper concludes that:(1)The current level of teacher's occupational fatigue is not serious in the school of Henan Province, the core indicators of burnout emotional exhaustion is high.(2) There were significant differences in elementary, middle and high school of teacher's occupational fatigue, primary school teachers are more prominent.(3) Different gender teachers of primary and secondary school are differences between emotional exhaustion and low professional efficacy, female teachers are more prominent.(4) Teachers in different family circumstances have an difference in the emotional exhaustion dimension. Married teachers, particularly their children to go to school outside, or the home of the failure, the index is high.(5) there was a significant difference in ages of primary and secondary school teachers in emotional exhaustion, The ages of 31 -45 years old teachers are the most serious occupational burnout terms, and emotional exhaustion is the highest.(6) There was a significant difference in different education of teachers in emotional exhaustion,The teachers who have an master level education and above are most serious level of emotional exhaustion.(7) The proportion of PE teachers in Henan Province are low standards.(8) The different types of population of primary and secondary PE teachers are difference in the emotional exhaustion factors, It's decreasing with the degree of sports participation.(9) Sports population, exercise intensity, exercise frequency and exercise time were significantly negatively correlated with emotional exhaustion.It is indicating that physical exercise influence on primary and secondary emotional exhaustion burnout are significant.
