The construction of the teacher team is inseparable from the development of the quality of the teacher body,With the advancement of quality education and curriculum reform in our country, school sports work has gradually attracted the attention of all parties in the society.People have also paid attention and expectations to the reform of physical education curriculum, and the physical education teacher team has gradually shifted from the "quantum" demand to the "quality" demand..However,studies have shown that the prevailing sub-health status has become one of the occupational predicaments faced by physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools, and the detection rate of teachers' occupational burnout has presented a higher situation.Teachers' job burnout not only affects the individual's own psychological status and professional quality, but also has a negative impact on the quality of teachers' teaching work.Even when they are serious, they even cause individuals to leave their own posts. This reduces teacher's job burnout and stabilizes the teaching staff.Promoting the professional development of teachers is a problem that needs to be solved. In addition, the subject does not only need to rely on the protection of the external mechanism in the process of professional development. The innate development desire of the individual self and the feeling, reflection and deepening of the self-employment is also an internal and effective drive to actively promote self-professional development. Therefore,it is of positive significance to strengthen the understanding of teachers' internal professional attitudes and emotions and to promote the stability and development of the teaching staff. This study sorts out related domestic and foreign research results and finds that there are many research findings on the job burnout of physical education teachers. However,it is related to the job burnout of PE teachers in primary and secondary schools and its relationship with the antecedent variable teacher professional identity and its consequences variable turnover tendencies. The analysis is relatively lacking. Therefore, through the methods of literature review, questionnaire survey, interviews, and mathematical statistics, this article analyzes the status of occupational identities, job burnout, and turnover tendencies and related relationships among 621 primary and secondary school PE teachers, and further understands the professional status of current teachers.Seek ways to actively intervene in this. The entire study mainly revolved around the revision of the turnover propensity scale for primary and secondary school PE teachers;the current status, differences and correlation analysis of occupational identity, job burnout and turnover intention among primary and secondary school PE teachers;and the mediating effect of occupational burnout.Comprehensive research results and analysis, mainly reached the following conclusions:(1)The overall level of professional identity of PE teachers in primary and secondary schools is relatively high, but the level of each dimension is uneven, among which, the highest score of value recognition and the lowest score of continuous recognition;the overall level of teachers' professional identity is in the age, marital status, education, title, teaching area, and monthly income level. There are significant differences on the variables.(2)The overall job burnout of PE teachers in primary and secondary schools is not serious, among which, emotional exhaustion> job-slowness> low professional efficacy;teacher's job burnout total score has significant differences in academic and monthly income levels.(3)The phenomenon of turnover tendencies of physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools exists, but the overall situation is not serious;the scores for off-post tendencies are significantly higher than those for transfer, showing that the unwillingness of being willing to be a physical education teacher is more reluctant to be a teacher;different job titles and months Teachers of income level showed different differences in turnover intention;among them, the "Primary School Physical Education Teachers' Turnover Propensity Scale" had a good reliability and validity.(4)There is a significant negative correlation between teachers' professional identity and turnover intention.Among them, the correlation coefficient with the intention to leave the job is the highest, and the correlation coefficient with the intention to transfer factor is the lowest. The continuous recognition and emotional identity factors can effectively predict the turnover intention;teacher occupation There was a significant negative correlation between identity and job burnout.Among them, the correlation coefficient with the lowest professional efficiency factor was the highest, while the emotional identity, input recognition, and ability recognition factor effectively predicted teachers' job burnout;teachers' job burnout was significantly positively correlated with turnover intention. The correlation coefficient of the slouching factor was the highest. In addition, the work lag and emotional exhaustion factors had a significant predictive effect on the turnover intention.(5)Job burnout plays a partial intermediary role between professional identity and turnover intention, among which the mediation effect accounts for 73.6% of the total effect. It shows that the professional identity of primary and secondary school PE teachers can directly affect the teacher's turnover intention, and can also influence the teacher's turnover intention indirectly through teachers' job burnout.
