| The Wenchuan Earthquake happend in 12th May 2008 is the biggest earthquake after People of Replublic China establisheed.There were 11.8 thousands elementary and high schools were damaged.in Sichuan, the dimensions over 1997.2 thousands square metres, and more than 3002 elementary and high schoolswould be rebuilding in 39 towns in China.Somany reconstructions in so short time is the focus of whole world.Reconstruction of poprimary and middle schools is not rebuilt but a revolution. It is a new chance to built poprimary and middle schools with more age values, more humanistic spirit.There are four import parts in this thsis:First part is prepared for technique and informations. This part is mainly preparation for mentality, pathway and technique. In this part, discusssd first survey to reconstruction for primary and middle schools, the purpose is search the overall impression of users in primary and middle schools.Second part is construction for evaluation factors by theoretics, and choose six special factors by first survey. And then collected and analysed date,in oder to keep the effectiveness of factors.Third part is follow the ripe satisfaction modle of evaluation, use the frame and operation mode into evaluation, verified the rationality of evaluation factors for primary and middle schools.The last part is integration for the tow part before, used factor analysis extract commonality factors, make the factors assemblage more systematicness and more logicality.In the condition of compression of time and space, how to embody the performance of buildings, how to practice energy conservation and environmental protection, how to perfect spaces of education and how to create atmosphere and so on are problems what are needs a long time for trace and evaluation. The evaluation system and theoretics base on science are lacked. So it is import for building evaluation to post-disaster reconstruction to the primary and middle schools. |
