So, supply chain management is an advanced management ideas that can introduced into the management of vocational education, it can improve the existing supply and demand. The effective operation of schools and markets can achieve a seamless docking, and ultimately achieving biogenic providers, schools, employers and students groups, win-win situation.This study consult a large number of domestic and foreign literature, according to the characteristics of China's talent market demand, in analyzing the status of China's higher vocational institutions, based on the combination of supply chain management-related theory, higher vocational colleges to build the feasibility of the supply chain demonstration on how to build higher vocational institutions, supply chain, and concluded that the supply chain management can be ranged from the enterprise supply chain management, extended to areas of higher vocational colleges, so vocational colleges could use the supply chain management, and biogenic unit, employment source enterprises, as well as intermediaries such as the composition of the supply chain, co-management trainees higher vocational colleges.
