Economic globalization, information socialization, the trend of the value diversification of the existing trend and moral values formed a strong impact of minors, is hitting the spiritual world. Meanwhile, the knowledge economy forms put forward new requirements on the quality of people, especially to the students' thoughts, ideas, personality, psychological etc. This puts forward new topic to school moral education, and put forward new challenges to the school moral education mode.Class, as the basic unit of education school, is not only the main room for a student study, life and communication, but also be the main base of students' moral education. Class should give full play to its core of the rich education value to facilitate students' healthy growth. However, the traditional classroom management unilateral emphasis on control and obeying, and pursuit more for the discipline of apparent for a long time, resulting in the class management into order of teaching vassal, the rich educational value of the class cannot be put into full play. Therefore, I think that we should change the class management mode, changing the passive management to the class to active construction. Through class community construction, to play effectively educational function of a class should have.This thesis intends to adoption of literature study, questionnaire investigation, interview and case analysis and other methods. The paper is divided into four major sections: The first part is Introduction,it introduces the background and meaning of the research, research status, research ideas and methods, the existing research comb and related definition of concept, and this research method and the basic train of thought; The second part summarizes the current of primary and secondary school moral education's present implementation and the existence question through investigating; The third part makes a deep analysis of the present moral education, and put forward to change current governance path, according to existing problems of school moral education; The fourth part raises the way to walk out of the moral dilemma, namely construction class community, expounds the connotation of class community and the basic framework of construction class community.
