In the early 1990 s,the famous Japanese educator who named Manabu Sato learned the concept of Dewey's community into the practice of education reform,he successfully promoted revolutionary changes in more than thousands of schools,and formed a distinctive learning community theory.Class learning community is a specific application of learning community theory in class construction.Actively exploring the construction of class learning community has important theoretical and practical significance for promoting quality education,improving students' learning ability and improving teachers' professional level.The class learning community is a learning community which take the class as the carrier,with the goal of ensuring the learning rights of all students,and composed of the related subjects of class construction.The main characteristics of the class learning community include the following aspects: cooperative learning between students through listening and dialogue;teachers have a close "collegiality" relationship;parents actively participating in the learning and practice of class learning community;there is symbiosis relationship between the subject of class learning community.It is not difficult to find out that the construction of the class learning community has the following problems: Firstly,it is difficult to form a good listening and dialogue relationship between the subject of the class learning community.Secondly,It is difficult for teachers to establish collegiality by open practice,exchange learning,and trust and cooperation.Thirdly,parents can't effectively participate in the learning practice of the class learning community.Finally,the construction of the class learning community is easy to occur formal problems,although the surface looks very activity.The study found that the main reasons for the above problems in the construction of the class learning community include the following aspects: the existing test system selection,balanced class time and other educational systems still have some limitations;the traditional role of teachers,students and parents is solidified in class construction;It is difficult to reach common views among members of the class learning community and establish the common vision;the relevant members of the class learning community lacks long-term and systematic thinking on the construction of the class learning community.Based on Manabu Sato's learning community theory,building a class learning community should start with the following aspects: At first,we should update the old educational concept,redefine learning,and lay the ideological foundation for class learning community construction;At second,we can establish personal vision and common vision toestablish the goal and direction of the development of the class learning community;Thirdly,promoting the transformation of the role of main members,and creating conditions for the construction of the class learning community;Fourth,we must create a good physical environment,psychological environment,institutional environment,and promote the self-forming of the class learning community.
