Private universities have made great achievement after the quick devel opment of more than 20 years.They make promotion in increasing educational expense, satisfying educational demand and accelerating high educational revolution. To keep the constant and healthy development of private universities, Ministry of Education proposed that the focus of the development of private universities should be shifted from scale-building to connotation-building, to stabilize the scale, standardized management, and improve the quality.The key to the future development of private universities is a high level of accumulation and development of human resources, and the first problem to be solved is to establish the human resources management model and mechanism of consistent feature of private colleges and universities. With the strengthening of knowledge capital in organizations, the theory and technology of knowledge management constitute the developing direction of human resources management. This article draws the theory and technology of knowledge theory and probe innovation path of human resources management of private universitiesThis paper is based on the research of knowledge, knowledge management and the concept of university knowledge management, integrates the theory and methods of human resources management, management, education, normative analysis and positive analysis to have a research on innovation of knowledge management to human resource management in private universities.First of all, it discusses the theoretic base of knowledge management of human resource management, explains the concepts of knowledge management and University knowledge management, and analyzes the necessity and feasibility of introducing knowledge management to human resource management of universiySecondly, it illustrates the problems of human resources management of university, and analyzes existing problems from five aspects. It also analyzes the reasons from three aspects of the institutional barriers, operating errors, and concept behind, and puts forward the challenge of human resource management of Private University.Thirdly, it discusses measures of the innovation of human resource management private university, proposes management system of being convenient to knowledge sharing, establishes an incentive system for knowledge innovation, and management model of knowledge business, enhances the core competitiveness of the school...
