With the vigorous development of private colleges and universities in China,the competition between private colleges and universities is increasingly fierce,and it is necessary to adopt flexible human resource management mode to improve the core competitiveness of the university.Based on knowledge management,the allocation and development of human resources in private colleges and universities is a new crossing point of the development of private universities in China.Private colleges introduce talents is to introduce the knowledge talented person have,through management talent,talent have knowledge sharing to the school of communication platform,and internal accumulation of school knowledge system,and innovation.The basic idea of human resource management in private universities based on knowledge management is: on the one hand,we should study the human resource management of private universities through the theory of knowledge management.Change management ideas,innovation management,human resources management mode,absorb the knowledge management theory,explore the internal relation of the two private colleges from the Angle of knowledge management of human resources management innovation,will be based on the knowledge management of human resource management theory to the management of private colleges,for private colleges open up a new management mode.It is of great significance to the development of private colleges and universities.On the other hand,it analyzes the characteristics of human resource management in private universities and puts forward corresponding management strategies.For private colleges,the management of human resources of the knowledge management of human resources have,that is to say,the school administrators,teachers and the power of the master of knowledge into the school of capital,can become circulation and sharing of resources in school.In order to improve and improve the management of human resources in private colleges and universities,we should focus on improving the management level and the characteristics of running schools.In this paper,the theory of knowledge management,human resources management theory,the human resources management of private colleges to study the related theory,the theoretical analysis of the knowledge management theory and the inner link of human resource management theory,based on knowledge management,the necessity of human resource management of private colleges.At the same time,guangdong university of science and technology in private colleges was selected to conduct field research to investigate the existing human resource status and problems in its allocation and development.In combination with the problems existing in private colleges and universities,the reform of the management mode of private colleges and universities is conducive to the allocation and development of the existing knowledge assets and the development of private colleges and universities.Firstly,the research background and significance of research are discussed.Secondly,the theoretical coupling of knowledge management and human resource management is explained,and the internal relationship between knowledge management theory and human resource management theory in private universities is analyzed.This paper puts forward three pairs of thinking,enterprise management thinking and knowledge management thinking,single profit thinking and multi-benefit thinking,corporate performance thinking and education public interest thinking.Again is the empirical research to the guangdong institute of science and technology as an example,the field investigation,grasp the first-hand information,understand the human resources of the configuration of the current situation and existing problems,and the existing problems and the manpower resource of private colleges to parse the cause of problems.Finally,the countermeasures and thinking,based on the theory of knowledge management,proposed based on the knowledge management of the thinking of human resource configuration,was proposed based on knowledge management in the private university human resources management strategy.
