Teaching reform is an important component in the reform of basic education. Therefore, under the guidance of new ideas of the course reform, there have been many new edition junior high school language textbooks. For instance, People's Education version junior middle school language textbook, Jiangsu Education version junior middle school language textbook, Beijing Normal University version·junior middle school textbook, and so on. Under a big background of the reform of language education, Changchun version of junior middle school textbook is compiled on the basis of teaching practice and theoretical research.In accordance with certain teaching aims, Chinese textbook homework system consists of in-class and out-class homework as well as reading and oral assignments, which combine together to form a set of projects or subjects that contributes to helping students consolidate, expand and use what they have learned. In addition, this helps the teacher to get feedback of students' learning progress. This paper studies the junior Chinese textbook operating system of Changchun version, analying its arrangement of reading, expression and exploration and the humanistic and instrumental features of the system as well as the designing characteristics of variety, interest, practice and guidance. At the same time it does research into the current implementing situation of the operating system and presents some deep thinking of the operating system.Firstly, this paper discusses the significance, purpose and approaches concerning Changchun version Junior Chinese textbook homework system, which lists reference books related to textbooks and homework system as well as indicating similar research nationwide.Secondly, it deals with the structure of Changchun version Junior Chinese textbook homework system. On the basis of the amount of every section of homework, this paper further analyzes it. This paper studies the junior Chinese textbook operating system of Changchun version from the angles of reading, expression and exploration sections. Reading homework system analyzes the whole system from homework of classic poems and modern passages. Then the paper covers features of classic poems homework from two aspects of "accumulation" and "thinking and discussion" As for modern passages homework, this paper talks about it according to consolidating homework, comprehensive homework and practical homework as well.Expression homework system will be about "compositions" and "oral communication, while exploration homework studies the systematic features from comprehensive and expansive activities.Thirdly,this paper discusses the design features of the junior Chinese textbook operating system of Changchun version. According to the design features, ask questions and carry out questionnaires to state the application of the junior Chinese textbook operating system of Changchun version among students. Furthermore, this paper discusses teachers' use of the system according to the combination of homework and textbook, as well as homework not concerning the textbook.Finally, this paper states the thinking about the junior Chinese textbook operating system of Changchun version.It will point out the shortcomings of the system while giving suggThe shortcomings concern a lack of guide reading for classic books, little accumulation of useful words and expressions, and insufficient drills for modern passage reading.Suggestions about the homework system involve how to arouse students' interest, enhance the connection with real life, broaden students' horizons and at the same time enrich students' reading.
