Language teaching materials for students to practice self-learning system and language practice provides an important place for students to understand the world, to experience life, the right to form a bridge between the attitudes and values, which makes it is important in language learning and curriculum reform position. Therefore, the systematic study of language teaching practice system design features and use with a very important practical significance to improve language teaching materials to enhance students’ interest in language courses.The overall structure of this paper includes five major sections, as follows: The first section is the introduction part, stated the documents related to the research background, significance, relevant literature and research content and methods, and the main theoretical concepts in detail. The main characteristics and principles of the second sector research system of language teaching practice, the practice of law activities, independent, systematic, daily life characteristics describe the principles of language teaching materials to prepare the system to start practice statements for the following research theoretical foundation.
