From The Teachers-students' Conflicts See The Teachers-students' Relationship Reconstruction

At present, in the school education of the social accelerated transformation of China, the phenomenon of the teacher-student's conflict is widespread, the teacher-student's antagonistically conflicts is increasing, and, the resulted education crisis and the teacher-student's relationship crisis is also increasing. In order to making our country education to develop healthly, it is necessary for us to re-examine the teacher-student's conflict, and to reflect education practice processes of teachers and students dealing with conflict way. The functionactivists said that conflict is one of important mechanism which maintained and reconstructed community. Reference to this view, I holds that the conflict between teachers and students is the expression of the teacher-student's relationship, it is the mainly opportunity to maintain and reconstruct the teacher-student's community. In the process of examining the conflict between teachers and students, I have found that the teacher-student's conflict exist widely in class and out of the class; exceptionally, it also displays for the conflict between teachers and students' parents or school administrators. Serious conflict between teachers and students will not only harm the relationship of teachers and students, they would threaten teachers' and students' physical health, but conflict under control between teachers and students can also produce positive significance and influence. In the processes of examining the causes of conflict between teachers and students, I have found that the factors leading to teacher-student's conflict are very complex, it included both the subjective factors of teachers and students, and the objective factors of society, family and school; especially,the two sides of the teacher-student's conflict are not understood each other or are misunderstood each other, this makes the potential conflict between teachers and students to become a reality. To rebuild the good and harmonious relationship between teachers and students, teachers and students need efforts together, have the aid of dialogue, reach an understanding, resolving conflicts, find consensus,and reconstruct the teacher-student's relationship.
