It is emphasized in the Full-time Compulsory Education Chinese Curriculum Standard that during reading process, students should have their personality interpretation which lead to personal, vivid and unique experience. From the perspective of cultural inheritance, there will be the conflicts between personality interpretation and the culture transference. At first , the Chinese teachers should real understand the ideas and opinions of his students. Secondly, teachers should guide them to identity the mainstream values of our society. From the perspective of personality cultivation, the outspread of personality conflicts with the feeling of texts. Thus teaching should interpretate the text in the viewpoint of the author, and the compilation of text books should present the original text as much as possible and the teachers should guide the reading in a four-dimension viewpoint as"interpreting the texts, understanding students, discussing on the society and checking oneself". From the perspective of examination, the personality interpretation conflicts with the tests and evaluations. Thus teachers should strengthen the guidance on the result and process of interpretation, pay attention on the scientificientness of the proposition, and enhance the general quality of teachers who review the papers. It's important to advocate personality interpretation, at the same time teachers should avoid being lost in the"distortion"and"concoction"of personality outspread. They should make great efforts to improve students'Chinese ability at any moment and in any place.
