It is a research of theory and practice which is based on the information technology class students'learning evaluation.It grasps students'evaluation tightly, diligently constructs effective study evaluation model and realistic methods to efficiently mobilize students' learning enthusiasm and interest in order to make them be willing to learn and apply to teaching activities. It plays an important role in improving the students'study attitude, methods, knowledge and skills. It can also help other teachers' teaching research.According to the questionnaire the paper understands the status of the student's evaluation and learning, analyzes the link between student performance and the evaluation, and explores the need for effective student's evaluation. Paper is based on the learning theory of humanism, constructivist and group dynamics.They tell us the student should be regarded as the whole person, with the view of development we'd better use the motivation of group to lead students to carry out comprehensive and dynamic self evaluation or mutual evaluation initiative from knowledge and skills, process and methods, attitudes and values, etc.Based on the information technology teaching evaluation practice, the paper constructs information technology class student evaluation reticular model.The static elements of the model include evaluation, the connotation of evaluation's main elements and the relationship between evaluation and study. The dynamic elements are based on the principle which evaluation shoud be followed according to. It carries in time sequence. Its core is "daily evaluation, phase evaluation and final evaluation". Blog is extension and link of three evaluations. The net model is continuous, dynamic and multivariate,open, intuitive.According to the concept of reticular evaluation model, I carried on evaluation practice which is dynamic, sustained and comprehensive. Junior high school students of 2008 in our school are the research object. Classroom is the primary position. Blog is an auxiliary platform. Semester learning is a whole process. In the end, I had a reflection of practice process.After the interview and the questionnaire about the effect of evaluation, I discovered that students'approval about the evaluation model is far higher, and the effect of participation, expectation and student's study influence are good.
