Research On The Coordinated Development Between Higher Vocational Education And Regional Economy In Zhuhai

Higher vocational education is an important type of China's higher education,and economic development in higher education system,contact the most closely.Serve the regional economic development is the main characteristic of higher vocational education.The regional economic development and economic structure adjustment determines the direction of higher vocational education personnel training mode.In this paper,using the human capital theory,three screw theory and the theory of unbalanced growth,analyzes the theoretical basis of higher vocational education and regional economic development,mainly by literature analysis,questionnaire and statistical analysis of higher vocational education and regional economic development of Zhuhai adaptability analysis systematically,put forward the Zhuhai of higher vocational education and regional economic coordinated development strategy.Adjacent to Hong Kong and Macao,Zhuhai has obvious geographical advantages,is advantageous to the cooperation with foreign higher vocational colleges.Hengqin free-trade area,the pearl river delta national independent innovation demonstration zone,and the establishment of Gaolan port economic and technological development zone,the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao bridge,pressure-pad-force channel and bead of Hong Kong and Macao international urban construction,the implementation of the strategy of the pearl river west bank advanced equipment manufacturing industry area,Zhuhai is a rare historical opportunity under the new normal.Zhuhai three higher vocational colleges,of which 2 public colleges,private colleges 1,forming multiple main body education,higher vocational colleges complement each other,promote each other between the healthy development of the situation.At the same time there is also a lack of core competitiveness,insufficient high-level talent attraction,professional structure and regional economic problems such as lack of adaptability.On the analysis of the Zhuhai three industrial structure and adaptability of vocational education professional structure,selection of industrial structure and professional structure comparison between the two groups of factors.Among them,the industrial structure to choose three industry employment proportion and the city in 2015,three big industry as two factors.The standard of professional structure is selected according to the three major industries structure and the number of 2015 professional 2015 Zhuhai enrollment in higher vocational colleges as two factors.Through the analysis found that Zhuhai lack of adaptability in professional structure and industrial structure in higher vocational colleges,embodied in thefirst and second industry related shortage,the third industry related overpopulation.Based on the results of the analysis,from the government level,school level and industry enterprise level is put forward to promote the coordinated development strategy contains a joint every higher vocational colleges jointly participate in the development of professional layout;Legislation to clear industry enterprises to participate in the responsibility of the higher vocational education;Combined with the regional economy,open characteristic specialty;Clear orientation,giving full play to the advantages of running;Zhuhai human resources demand information sharing platform;Establish talent training quality guarantee system,etc.
