Research On The Coordination Between Higher Vocational Education And Regional Economic Development

In the era of knowledge economy,there are more and more requirements for science and technology.In the development of higher vocational education,more attention is paid to the improvement of students ’ professional and technical ability and the provision of high-quality skilled talents for regional development,so as to actively promote the improvement of regional economic level.At the same time,in the continuous development of the market economy,the demand for talents also presents diversified characteristics.Therefore,the development of regional economy has produced more demand for talents,which provides impetus for the training and development of higher vocational education.It can be seen that there is a close relationship between regional economic development and the development of higher vocational education.With the continuous change of society and education environment,the state ’s investment in vocational education is increasing,which further promotes the development of higher vocational education in China.Therefore,in the development process of regional economy and higher vocational education,there is a relationship of mutual influence and coordinated development between the two.Q city is a city with a high level of economic and educational development.The analysis of the relationship between higher vocational education and regional economic development and the actual development status in this area can play a positive role in the coordinated development of the city ’s economy and higher vocational education.This paper analyzes the coordination of higher vocational education and regional economic development in Q city and takes the coordinated development between them as the research content.In the preface part,it mainly describes the research background,research content and application research methods of this paper.At the same time,it completes the collection and collation of relevant research data at home and abroad.The second chapter expounds the related concepts and provides theoretical data for the next research.In the third chapter,on the basis of summarizing the situation of higher vocational education and regional economic development in Q city,the coordination between higher vocational education and regional economic development in Q city is analyzed through interview survey,and it is concluded that the scale,quality,hierarchical structure and professional structure of higher vocational education personnel training are not consistent with the level of regional economic development.
