This study take the sports coaches in Hubei province as study object, using measurement tool which domestic and foreign already maturely used, investigated the status quo of sports coaches' work-family conflict and job burnout, and the differences in the demographic variables, and in-depth analysis the relationship between work-family conflict and job burnout. Based on the study results, proposed some suggestions to ease sports coaches' work-family conflict from three aspects that organization, family and personal, and according to the fact that working-family conflict can predict job burnout, proposed some suggestions to ease sports coaches'job burnout from the perspective of focus on working-family conflict management, to aim at providing theoretical basic and evidence reference for the sports organization making targeted human resource management strategy.This study has empirical research that investigating the status of 168 sports coaches' work-family conflict and job burnout through questionnaire survey in Hubei province.The survey questionnaire is divided into three parts:work-family conflict questionnaire, job burnout questionnaire. Using statistical methods such as descriptive statistic, ANOVA analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis to analyze the survey results, aimed at in-depth analysis the relationship between work-family conflict and job burnout.The study results show that: the work-family that the sports coaches feel is at moderate level, work-to-family conflict (WFC) is significantly higher than family-to-work conflict (FWC); sports coaches' job burnout is at lower-middle level, their emotional exhaustion sense is strong, emotional alienation and reduced personal accomplishment is not so obvious. There are significant differences of the three demography variables like age, coaching period and title about sports coaches' work-to-family conflict, mainly reflected in family-to-work conflict (FWC), and the job burnout has significant differences at the title variable, mainly reflected in emotional alienation. The work-family conflict and job burnout of sports coaches has significant positive correlation relationship, and work-to-family conflict can significantly positive forecast job burnout.
