In this study, students in three independent institutes of Yunnan Province were taken as the research object and 320 valid questionnaires were issued. Combining the stratified sampling, the random sampling and the convenience sampling, the satisfaction of the schools' students was evaluated. Theory of customer satisfaction and the stakeholder theory were utilized to analyze the survey results, which showed that:First, there is significant gap between the perception and the expectation of students in independent colleges on the education service quality of independent college, and the gap is 5 (Gap5).Second, on the basis of empirical research, we found that students in general dissatisfied with the quality of service from the independent college; the demographic characteristics have significant impact on the student satisfaction.Third, there is a strong correlation among the student evaluation on the quality of services from the independent colleges, the student satisfaction and the student behavioral tendencies. The student satisfaction can affect the student behavior and it is an intermediate variable between the independent college education service quality and the behavioral tendencies.Therefore, the student satisfaction on the independent college's education service quality is a key factor for the student's choice and purchase on the college's service and it can not be urgent to improve the student satisfaction.In view of the problems existed in the independent colleges, I believe, the self-development of the independent college is a practical policy to improve the quality of services of independent colleges, the student satisfaction, and the independent colleges brand establishment. Specific measures are as follows:First, increasing the education investment and improving the hardware facilities.Second, establishing the concept of university service quality and creating a quality brand of independent college.Third, improving the self-assessment system of independent college.Fourth, improving the construction on the software facilities of the independent college and strengthening school management.Of course, in addiction to relying on their own independent development, the improvement of the independent college's education service quality and the student satisfaction also need the government support and the supervision of social concern, investment from the investors, the self-development and improvement of students, and other aspects of support.
