The Study On Services Of College Employment Guidance Based On Student Satisfaction

College students are the precious wealth of human resources in our country. The employment of college students is related to the construction of human resources powerful nation and is related to national economy and the people’s livelihood.With the establishment of the market economy and the popularization of higher education, the employment situation of college students becomes increasingly serious.The employment problem of college students become hot topic which has drawn a attention of government, universities and all sectors of the society. Colleges bear the responsibility of talent cultivation and shoulder the mission of promoting Students’ employment competitiveness.Faced with a tough job market, the employment guidance services of college is particularly important for students. College students are the terminal of employment guidance services in Colleges. Through the satisfaction evaluation of students towards employment guidance services, colleges can meet the students’ needs, analyze the existing problems in employment guidance services and perfect the employment guidance services. From the perspective of student satisfaction, the paper study college employment guidance services, which is a subject with both theoretical and practical significance.On the basis of combing the relevant literature, the paper describes some concepts and theories, such as employment guidance services, and investigates the students’ satisfaction of employment guidance services in four colleges in Nanjing. Research data shows that:the students are not very satisfied with college employment guidance service. In addition, students’ satisfaction with College employment guidance services differs a lot in students who have different personal attributes. Based on the interview, the paper deeply analyzes the results of above researches and put forward the countermeasure and suggestion of employment guidance services in Colleges:that colleges should combine with students’ personality characteristics, update the idea of employment guidance services; improve the mechanism of employment guidance services; optimize teaching staff of employment guidance services; rich the content and form of employment guidance service; perfect auxiliary support system of employment guidance services; attaches great importance to the differences in employment guidance service requirements in different groups. These can improve college students’ employment competitiveness; promote the full employment of college students and the rational allocation of human resources of University students.
