People are the crucial and fundamental problem of moral education in colleges and universities. The core of moral education is people, so everything should be arranged around people, and everything should be appropriate for people's development and comprehensiveness. Trying to promote people's comprehensive development is the basic rule of moral education in colleges and universities. Since President HU put forward "To adhere to the people-oriented, establishing a comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development, promoting economic society and people's all-round development", People First becomes an important governing principle for present economy and society development in China. It is a necessary condition for harmonious socialist society to adopt the concept of People First to guide modern education, and it is also the natural trend for moral education in colleges and universities. People First moral education has long been emphasized by government and educators, and it has also made certain progresses. However, when comes to practice, there are still some aspects lacks of the concept of People First, such as goal, content, method and operating mechanism in moral education, which hinder the development of moral education in colleges and universities; simultaneously, those problems are also the major factors that restrict present moral education and personnel training in colleges and universities.For the purpose to promote the moral education of People, this thesis in drawing lessons from the theoretical results and practical experience, deeply analysis of " People First" scientific connotation, traces the thought of "people-First" origin, and indicated the "people-First" is an integrant part of universities moral education. Paper compares and analyses the current moral education in implementing and implement the "people-First" concept has been achieved, and tries to discuss all sorts of problems still exist, finally combining the reality of college students'growing success needs and the development of The Times, put forward the moral education implementation path of "human-First" the in colleges and universities, This is mainly from five aspects as follows:First, to establish scientific "people-First" college moral goal oriented, establish to cultivate students' moral subjectivity as the total target, and building up multi-level and meet the moral condition college students themselves moral education target system; Secondly, update the concept of People First moral education and make it student-oriented, strengthen the respect and service for students in moral education. Thirdly, make innovations in the content of moral education, pay attention to the feasibility, diversity and pertinence of content. Fourthly, perfect the methods of "People First" moral education by realizing autonomy and heteronomy, fostering students'self-training ability, exploring new methods of moral education and stressing on edutainment and practice. Fifthly, clarify the guarantee mechanism of "People First" moral education by practicing organizational guarantee, team guarantee, funds guarantee and field guarantee, thus" People First" moral education can be equipped with better guarantee mechanism. Through the above "people-First " the moral education in colleges and universities to implement way research and analysis on the theory and practice for advancing the "people-First" to provide some references for the moral education in colleges and universities, have the certain significance time meaning.
