The Research On The Mode Of The Communication Of College Students' Employment Information

As our universities expand the scale of students, the amount of college students is arising year by year. With more students developed, the college students'employment has become an urgent issue, which the majority of the society has payed attention to. The college students'employment is closely related to our country, our social stability and economic prosperity. As a result, it's of high significances to choose "the college students' employment" as my topic for solving the problem of college students'employment and guiding the students.Based on the achievement we have made, I propose analyzing the communication of college students'employment information from the perspective of communication. At first, I analyze the key points of the process of the communication of college students' employment information under the guide of "5W" in communication. Through the analyzation of some key points——communicator,the way of communication,information gathering and information using, the essay generalize the common feathers of them and elaborate the similarities, which offers the theories for building up the mode of the communication of college students'employment information. And then, the essay simulates the common process of college students'employment, through which generalizes the common mode of college students'employment information, and makes them correspond to each other. Except for starting with these key points, the essay also analyzes the information contents, and try to summarize the characteristics of employment information in micro aspect. In this way can we make effective communication between them and achieve the goal of college students'employment information. At last, the essay tries to build up the mode of college students'employment information on different levels from the perspectives of communicator,the way of communication and information receiver, and proposes to refer to each other among the mode of the communication of college students'employment information, so as to make the communication of college students'employment information more three-dimensional and more systematical, and help solving the problem of communication of college students'employment information to some extent.
