Graduates of information and communication disciplines are one of the important human resources in China's economic development.Since 1990s,the master's degree and doctoral degree of ICT have been established,the scale of graduates has expanded rapidly.The economic development in our country shows a trend of speed change and power conversion,faced with the increasing pressure of employment,laborers are in an uncertain and dynamic employment environment.Career development has undergone tremendous changes.Enterprises are increasingly concerned about the comprehensive ability of graduates.Under the pressures of rising employment,what is the current employment status of ICT graduates?Will the employability as the "soft power" of the graduates affect the quality of the graduates' employment?How to improve the quality of employment for ICT graduates?In this context,this study selects ICT graduates to excavate themes in job search texts using their job search text data.Based on the literature and thematic model,this paper quantifies the graduates' employability index.Finally,based on the analysis of the influence of employability and employment quality,this paper explores two different forms of employment:first employment and re-employment,and the moderating effect of graduates' gender.The study found that the employability of ICT graduates has a significant positive impact on the quality of their employment(salary level,rank level and job stability).For the graduates of different types of employment(primary employment and re-employment),the different components of employment ability have different influence on the quality of employment.The gender of the ICT graduates has a significant influence on the quality of employment(salary level,grade level and job stability).At the same time,it is found that gender will significantly regulate the impact of graduates' employability on the quality of employment(salary level,grade level and job stability).This research selects ICT graduates under the tremendous demand of high-level and high-quality engineering application talents in the field of information and communication science.The paper uses data to make an empirical study on how the "employability" of soft power of graduates has an impact on the quality of employment,which guarantees the objectivity and universality of the conclusion of the study.The research conclusion can promote the realization of graduates' own value and the development of social information industry.
