Teacher research is one of the core work of colleges and universities.Carrying out high quality research is an effective way to advance scientific research of University reform and improve the quality of personnel training. University research activities include a lot of levels and participation in guidance and management of research projects for level of young teacher is an important part. Based on this, many universities have set up a research fund for young teachers in the project, and how to evaluate these projects scientifically and accurately have become a serious problem.The paper systematically analyzes the research status of research projects evaluation of young teachers of College, establishes indicator system in line with the characteristics of young teachers, and use AHP to determine the weight of each evaluation index. It has a case study on research fund projects of five young teachers of North China Electric Power University with the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. and this paper conducts in-depth analysis of evaluation results.
