Research On The Current Conditions And Countermeasures Of The Intermediate Classes Of The Training Of National Basketball Coaches

With the continuous development of basketball movement, basketball coaches are playing an increasingly important role in the modern basketball. Competition is not only existing between athletes, but also coaches. The level of basketball in a country whether can achieve and maintain the world's advanced level, depending on the coaches as the core of competitive sports level to a large extent. Therefore excellent or mediocre basketball coaches are directly related to the development of a country sports level. The 1st National Basketball Coaches training class had been built in 1992, and now it has gone 18 years. But few people carry out research on it, especially which closer to the grass-roots coaches, and play the intermediate role in the entire basketball coaches training system, thus can we offer some advice for the better development of it, so that is why we do research on it.The paper adopted several research methods such as the literature, expert interviews, questionnaires, logical analysis. And analyzing the current situation and polices of the intermediate training class of our National Basketball Coaches and now the results are as follows: 1, Intermediate basketball coaches participating in the training of coaches in the majority of coaches do not have access to primary certificate; 2, all coaches participating in the training course recognized the importance of participation Intermediate also recognized the role; 3, large Coaches participating in the training unit where some of the leadership training of the participants Intermediate supportive; 4, most of the coaches on the intermediate training time, teaching methods, to observe the high level of competition and the instructors expressed satisfaction with aspects of composition. I continued to get research of countermeasures in the basis of the current condition.1, strengthen supervision and give full play to "first-rank class" should be the role; 2, to enhance advocacy and policy-oriented and increase the strength of leadership attention.Based on the above conclusions, we also present a number of related proposals in the hope of the middle class and the whole basketball coach training system has played a useful help. 1, the proposed basketball coaches continue to strengthen job training system, rationalize the relationship between three levels of training system and the strict implementation of the training system, attention to the interface between them, highlighting the role of intermediate connecting link; 2, because of the time, energy and level of Reason, the breadth and depth of this study is not enough, suggested that they may start to explore more deeply and continuously for levels of Basketball Coaches in the improvement and development of basketball games contribute more forces.
