Recently,more and more social forces have joined in the training of children's basketball.In addition to the basketball training classes offered by various schools(kindergartens,primary schools and junior middle schools),basketball teaching classes can be seen everywhere in many schools' courts,outdoor business stadiums and community venues.A large number of children participate in training,in addition to physical fitness,learning skills,more motivation is to point to the secondary school entrance examination for sports,basketball skills level examination.The survey shows that most of these basketball coaches lack professional and systematic training.In order to improve the coaching ability of amateur basketball coaches at the grass-roots level,the Shanghai Basketball Association has recruited students for the society since 2015 and trained them as junior basketball coaches.Unlike professional echelon basketball coaches,junior basketball coaches teach children in zero basic and Enlightenment stages.The trainees need to pass various training courses and a number of examinations before they can obtain corresponding qualification certificates.This paper takes the training status of primary Basketball Coaches in Shanghai as the research object,and the trainees who have participated in the training courses of primary basketball coaches as the research object.It investigates the training status of primary Basketball Coaches in Shanghai and puts forward countermeasures for their development,including the teaching form,teaching content,assessment form,lecturer team,training effect and overall evaluation of the training courses.What is the main factor affecting the training effect of coaches,to help the training course better carry out.In this paper,literature,expert interviews,questionnaires,mathematical statistics and other methods are used to study it in various aspects.The main conclusions are as follows:1.Most of the trainees are male-dominated,mostly with sports professional background,and their age distribution is relatively small.They are mainly between 17 and 26 years old.Most of the trainees have undergraduate education,and their teaching experience is not very rich.Most of the coaches have a teaching life of 1-3years,and their teaching ability is general before they participate in the training.2.The overall satisfaction of trainees with training is high,especially in thestructure of training team,training methods,teaching level of training team,training goal setting and training harvest and results.The training content is divided into theoretical teaching and on-the-spot practice.Coaches are slightly dissatisfied with the proportion of teaching content.In addition,they are not satisfied with the logistical support and registration methods of the training units.3.The trainees agreed that after training,they have improved to varying degrees;in the knowledge system for young basketball coaches' work requirements,methods and means of youth basketball training;in the acquisition of skills for basketball skills teaching ability,basketball skills and auxiliary practice ability have been harvested.However,the improvement of tactical coordination ability is general;at the same time,more than half of the students will continue to participate in the training of middle and senior coaches to further improve their teaching level and career.4.The most desirable form of training is participatory training and observation learning;the most desirable way of assessment is training summary report;the least favorite way of assessment is theoretical assessment;the most anticipated lecturer is professional team coach;the most desirable way is to train in winter and summer vacation;the best time for training is 4-6 days;and the most desirable time for registration is more flexible.5.Students think that the basic courses should be sports and nutrition and sports physiology;the special courses should be offered are basketball players selection,coaches' professional ethics and professional accomplishment and basketball teaching software.6.The main factors influencing the training effect of primary Basketball Coaches in Shanghai are the qualification of training institutions,the curriculum system of training courses,the attitude of trainees and the professional ability of teachers.
