Research On The Coaches' Human-resource Condition And The Influence Factors Of Their Teaching Ability Of High-level Sports Team In Universities' In Beijing

Competitive sports is one of the significant marks to measure a country's sports development level, as well as the important window to show technology, economy and culture of the country. With the global development of competitive sports,the university sports competitions have been attracting extensive attention of the whole society. Nowadays, a competitive sport is becoming the competition among coaches more than athletes because sports coaches are the essential initiative factors. Their teaching abilities play an important part both in promoting athletes'competitive ability and formation of will power.Beijing universities'high-level sports team is a complicated, Multi-level administrative system which consists of colleges, sports institutes,coaches and athletes. As the most important part among these factors,sports coaches are required to improve their comprehensive qualities. Their professional ethics, professional ability, scientific research and innovation ability, management ability, and social environmental quality are directly related to the effect of exercise training.This paper firstly utilizes the method of literature, on-the-spot investigation, expert interviews, questionnaires, and mathematical statistics to conduct questionnaires among sports coaches in 22 Beijing college high-level sports teams. To investigate their age, education background, professional title, professional team training experience, coaches property, coaching time, training and motivation measures, selection and professional information, we learn about the human resources situation in Beijing college high-level sports teams. After analyzing various factors which affect coaching ability comprehensively and systematically, Secondly the AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) is used in order to determine the weight to each factors, and otherwise indicators SPSS13.0 is used to analyze data and internal reliability of the internal consistency of the overall index, specifically utilized the Cronbach to analyze the trust degree of the questionnaire with the data collected up as a judge based on the questionnaire. Finally, some suggestions of effective innovation and development prospects are put forward.By means of the research, this paper provide both scientific basis to exploit the full potential of coaches'teaching ability and possible references with personnel decision departments during the process of evaluating and selecting coaches. And then improve the competitive level of sports teams and lead them to be the main force of competitive sports. The paper provides beneficial references and reliable basis to enhance the sustainable development of colleges'high-level sports teams in Beijing.
