Junior High School physics experiment class is not only an important teaching activity in science investigation process, but also one of the teaching fundamental forms in Junior High School physics department. The physics experiment class's characteristics and its teaching's status in physics department grant the importance itself. This class is often replaced by observation and evaluation classes, because of the subjective and objective causes leading to the traditional physics experiment teaching pay much attention to transmitting knowledge, even though the students do experiments, however, they are required to imitate mechanically—repeat the teacher's demonstration under the teaching mode or operating procedures, which trains the skilled person who will be just hands-on, not innovative. In the background of the new curriculum, we should improve and develop basing on the traditional physics experiment teaching mode to improve the experiment class teaching efficiency, so that students can not only learn to do experiments, but also improve science investigation ability in the existing time, which makes the trained students have the characteristics of the new talent. As National Talent Work Conference goes, "talent is a person who has certain knowledge and skills to do creative work, talent is a person who can promote socialist material civilization, political civilization and spiritual civilization, talent is a person who can make a positive contribution in the great cause of building socialism with Chinese characteristics. " Therefore, we are looking for the current physics experiment teaching problems and finding out the factors not to improve physics experiment class teaching efficiency, such as teaching and learning methods not to train the new talent, etc. We are exploring the efficient teaching and learning modes and strategies of physics experiment class adapted to the cultivation of scientific literacy and scientific view of talent, which can make physics experiment class an ideal place and platform where the new talent with scientific investigation capability and full development to be cultivated.Observation, communication, investigation and other basic research methods are used in the research process of this topic. The efficient teaching and learning applying strategies and teaching modes of Junior High School physics experiment class based on practice are concluded by reading lots of references and analyzing the characteristics of the papers for Examination for Entrance High School used for the new curriculum in Changchun city, which gives an example and builds a communication and discussion platform for the majority of Junior High School teachers. By our innovating and continuous improving we'11 sum up the more complete and practical applying strategies and teaching modes. The ultimate goal of this topic is to provide the best guidance for the efficient teaching of Junior High School physics experiment class.
