In current physics classroom teaching of junior middle school,several physical teachers mainly focus on teaching the physical knowledge and the exercise training, in order to pursue physical knowledge absolutely, while under the guidance of the entrance exam to high school, even some physical classes all revolve "the exam" to carry on "the teaching". The students have heavy burden, which makes them hate studying and seriously impact students'health physically and spiritually. In light of the actual situation of junior middle school, this article has a more in-depth exploration of life-related physics classroom using the theory and practice experiences for reference.Firstly, the theoretical foundations of life-related teaching are introduced, and the author analyzes the roles of the teacher and students from constructivism angle. Secondly, the author puts forward to the meaning and purpose of the life-related physics classroom, which should strengthen the links with real life, so that the classroom is full of spiritual life, to prepare students for a better life in the future.And then, the author elaborates the ways to build a life-related classroom teaching by giving specific instances through teaching objectives, teaching scenes, teaching content, teaching process, the evaluation of teaching etc.Finally, the author introduces the practice of life-related teaching through a typical case. All in all, this paper proves the advantages of life-related teaching, and aims to make the middle school physics teacher to make use of such kind of classroom teaching in the real teaching life to promote the effect of physics teaching and to ease the burden of middle school students.
