In our country, education has been divorced from life for a long time. This problem is so complex and difficult that it failed to be solved thoroughly after several educational reforms. One of the key aims in the latest educational reform research is:reforming the existing classroom-lecturing models, which are textbook-and lecturer-oriented, and which are heavily based on various knowledge-feeding methods; breaking the framework of the traditional "specialized recognition activities"; re-examining classroom lecturing and fully vivifying lectures by taking advantage of our understandings of dynamic recreation.Based on high school physics classroom teaching this paper analyzed the current situation of China’s traditional teaching and discussed high school physics teaching theory of life through document consulting. This paper points out that the substance of educational dilemma is ignoring students’dominant role. Combining the writer’s teaching experience, this paper sorts out physical concepts within high school physics teaching material related to life and production; demonstrates the possibility and feasibility of carrying out a life-teaching reform of physical concepts teaching; puts forward principles and strategies on the basis of teaching thought, classroom form, content of courses, schooling ideas and teaching building; mobilizes all positive elements possible and straighten out the relationship of every teaching factor to establish work mechanism that can make life teaching smoothly developed. The flipped-classroom presented in this article is important to life-oriented teaching, for it has the features of making teaching videos and flipping teaching process.This study shows that in the high school physics teaching, life teaching can effectively exert students’ initiative and enthusiasm, improve students’ interest in physics learning; on the other aspect, to add vibrancy to our courses, life-oriented teaching practice research can promote innovation in aspects of teaching concept, teaching method and education innovation ability.
