Teacher's professional development is one of the hottest research subjects in the field of education nowadays. Teacher's professional development refers to the course of constant improvement of the teachers'educational ideology, knowledge structure and teaching ability in their teaching practice. The improvement of teachers'professionalism is crucial to the improvement of educational quality. Young teachers, who are the guarantee of the sustainable development of the schools and the hope of the future education, play an important role in education and teaching in basic education. In the context of the Curriculum Revolution of the elementary education nowadays, whether the young teachers can accelerate their speed of professional development or not will not only influence the future development of schools and the implementation of the Curriculum Revolution, but also relate to the development of elementary education. Thus, reinforcing the study of cultivating young teachers to accelerate their professional development is the most important subject which educational administration departments and schools face.The studies on teacher's professional development at home and abroad show that there may occur different periods with different features and problems in the course of teacher's professional development. From a green hand to an education specialist, a young teacher must improve his knowledge structure and professional ability, and cultivate his speciality affection. After interviewing and conducting an investigation by questionnaires into the young politics teachers of 17 schools in Beihai, I found that there was quite a large gap between the current situation of their professionalism and the requirements proposed by teacher's professional development. Although their records of education are eligible, they haven't got solid professional knowledge, a rational knowledge structure, strong awareness of research and good ability of research on education, which have severely restricted their professional development.Based on the document studies and questionnaires, this thesis analyzes the cases of excellent politics teachers in Beihai, deeply studies the subjective and objective factors influencing young politics teachers'professional development, and figures out that personal effort is the key, the personal professionalism is essential premise and schools'devoting much attention to train the teachers is the guarantee of young teachers'professional development. To accelerate young teachers'development, internal and external causes should be supplementary to each other, and the intrinsic factors of the young teachers and a favourable external environment should be organically combined as well.On the young politics teachers'problems existed in the course or their professional development, I propose the cultivation strategy of combining "teaching, research and training", maintaining that we base ourselves on classroom teaching practice, conduct research on education and teaching and bring the strategy into play through schools'training and self-training. We should combine the three in one, make them promote mutually, the young teachers will be trained in teaching, improved in researching and promoted in training, so that they will accelerate their professional development. As a teaching fellow of middle school politics, I have long been working on politics teaching and research, so I know the current situation of politics education and teaching well. I have been paying much attention to cultivating young politics teachers and always carrying out the trainings. I hope through this research, we can further improve the work of cultivating young teachers, create more chances for them to develop their speciality, make a group of teachers become ideology and politics educators with solid theoretical bases, of great attainments in their speciality, then form an excellent politics teaching staff with fine accomplishment, so as to improve the quality of politics education and teaching and do what little we can to deepen the Curriculum Revolution and push the Quality Education.This thesis consists of five parts. Part 1 is the preface, which discusses the background and meaning of this research, describes the current studies at home and abroad about teacher's professional development, expounds the writing thoughts, content of the research and research methods as well.Part 2 introduces the theoretical bases of young teachers'professional development, including defining the core concepts of this thesis, analyzes the elementary periods and feathers occurring in young teachers'professional development from the angle of document studies.Part 3 expounds the requirements to the professionalism of teachers proposed by teacher's professional development from the angle of knowledge structure, professional ability and professional affection, and analyses the subjective and objective elements that influence the improvement of young politics teacher's professional quality.Part 4 points out the gap between the current situation of the young politics teachers' professional quality and the requirements proposed by teacher's professional development by means of investigating and analyzing the young politics teacher's professional quality, and so shows a series of problems that young politics teachers have in their education teaching, and rethink the cultivating ways on the young politics teachers.Part 5 is an introduction of the cultivation strategies of combining "teaching, research and training". By analyzing the problems the young politics teachers have in their education teaching, rethinking of the current cultivating ways of young politics teachers, it analyzes the roles of teaching, research and training playing in the teachers'development, further proposes the strategy of combining the three in one, at the same time elaborates how to accelerate the young politics teachers'professional development by carrying out a number of activities, such as teaching, researching and training.
