In teaching students to pay attention to the cultivation of scientific thinking infiltration is to help students'important aspect of sustainable development. It is very important. This paper takes high school teaching physics exercises as an example, and studied how physics exercises of penetrating the cultivation of scientific thinking method of teaching and learning.On the basis of studying literature carefully, this paper first discusses the concept of scientific thinking method, and discusses scientific thinking method in physics. The paper emphasizes the necessity and importance of the physical methods of scientific thinking in the Teaching. Under the guidance of teaching theories, I design a questionnaire and test questions, separately from the students'subjective self-evaluation and objective answer sheet and statistics both for high school students in physics learning and thinking in problem solving methods for the investigation and analysis. On this basis, I raise high school physics exercises in basic strategy of the scientific method of thinking. I also do the practice researches in high school teaching physics exercises of penetrating the cultivation of scientific thinking method from the two ways in and after the teaching exercises class, and finally sum up and think.Research shows those students'thinking methods and forms of thinking and the teaching of teachers close to the concept and effects of teaching methods. It further illustrates the scientific thinking of students can be influenced through education and training.
