As an important form of vocational and technical education, school-enterprise cooperation has been playing an important role in promoting the quality of vocational and technical education, and promoting the sustainable development of it. In order to understand the school-enterprise cooperation in vocational schools, this paper uses the case analysis method, uses the practice of a vocational school's school-enterprise cooperation innovation in N city, J province as a study case, and carries out questionnaire and oral discussion methods to conduct surveys among school teachers, students and enterprisers. It turns out that the school-enterprise cooperation system and mechanism are facing many problems. First, the goals of school and enterprises are quite different, and it is difficult to deepen the cooperation, the situation in which "one is enthusiastic while the other is not" has not been obviously changed. Second, policy and support in the cooperation between schools and enterprises is in lack. School-enterprise cooperation should be considered with many factors such as the education system, concepts, mechanisms, etc. These factors may come from either the difficulty in establishing the mechanism of interoperability, or the lack of laws and regulations in state-enterprise cooperation. Third, the ability of schools to serve enterprises has yet to be greatly improved.To solve the above problems the following measures must be taken. First, as the industry, enterprises should shoulder the responsibility to promote the development of vocational education on the basis of reciprocity and mutual win. Second, the cooperation mechanism between schools and enterprises should be founded on the basis of mutual benefit, secondary vocational schools should view school-enterprise cooperation as a school education reform and vital development projects, explore and choose their own development of school-enterprise cooperation model, and gradually establish a mechanism for sustainable development. Third, the government should play a leading role in guiding and promoting the deep integration of school-enterprise cooperation, in the joint efforts of all parties, the government should promote in-depth development of school-enterprise cooperation and create a new situation for it.Through this study, we found that school-enterprise cooperation is a major issue in the development of vocational education, and also a bottleneck problem in need of much attention. Summarizing excellent practice and good cases is helpful to know the current situation and development trend of school-enterprise cooperation in vocational schools in China, which has good reference value and enlightenment significance for the managers, researchers and practitioners of vocational and technical education.
