In recent years the higher vocational education develops rapidly, and the higher vocational colleges make great contribution in promoting the development of higher vocational education and training talents for the society, but the problems in the education process shouldn’t be ignored either. The fundamental goal of higher vocational colleges is to train the advanced talents who are adapt to production, management and service. But the higher vocational colleges’subject-centered education concept has gradually exposed many problems, such as the students’application ability is not strong, and they need to work very long time to manage jobs into the enterprise; the students’employment advantage is not strong. To resolve the problems, the government points out the training mode of school-enterprise cooperation and work-integrated learning. This training mode has a relatively shorter development history, so it needs to improve continuously. Under this background, this paper chooses the training mode of school-enterprise cooperation and work-integrated learning to be the research object, and the author combines working experience and chooses Fuzhou Vocational and Technical College to be the case, in order to discuss how to promote the training mode.The training mode concept of school-enterprise cooperation and work-integrated learning refers to the cooperative education mode of school and enterprise, and work-integrated learning explains the specific form of cooperation further. Combining with the international scope understanding of school-enterprise cooperation and work-integrated learning, the training mode of school-enterprise cooperation and work-integrated learning is the higher vocational colleges and the enterprise carry out cooperation on the basis of their resources, starting from the vocational education practice and combine the theory study and practice, in order to train applied talents for the society the. The training mode of school-enterprise cooperation and work-integrated learning’s types currently include the order of teaching, school work alternately,"prospective employees2+1" and project-driven etc. Its characteristics have some common features compared with the universities, and at the same time also have its own character. From the existing theory and practice demand, during the students’ learning in higher vocational colleges, the students must have solid theoretical foundation and high level practical skills, in order to meet the needs of the employers, and alleviate the employment pressure, becoming qualified personnel for society.The training mode of school-enterprise cooperation and work-integrated learning is the significant result of education reform in higher vocational colleges, but because of the training mode’s development history is short, there are still some problems in practice. First, from the government’s point of view, the vocational education law in China is very weak, which can’t give the training mode of school-enterprise cooperation and work-integrated learning enough constraining force, and the institutional and legal of policy provisions still has far distance, which is easy to undermine the government’s macro-control capacity. The relevant laws and regulations are not sound enough and further leads to the weakening of government supervision and management, namely the lack of strict guarantee system. Second, from the higher vocational colleges’point view, the traditional teaching method can not meet the needs of the market, and lack of sufficient advantage in the cooperation with enterprises, which may impact on the quality of school-enterprise cooperation and work-integrated learning, and it is difficult for the enterprises and higher vocational colleges to achieve a deeper cooperation. Third, from the enterprises’point of view, the enterprises think that the education responsibility should be the higher vocational colleges’, and the enterprise do not need to put more cost. The enterprises also lack of enough power to participate in this cooperation. Fourth, from the students’point of view, the students’satisfaction is not high, and the corresponding rights and interests’maintenance also has problems.According to the urgent development needs of school-enterprise cooperation and work-integrated learning, Fuzhou Vocational and Technical College actively start from the reality of the region, and establishes cooperation mechanisms among government, colleges and enterprises, creating new training base. Its successful experience is also important for other higher vocational colleges. First of all, cooperation mechanism is the important foundation for the successful education mode. Fuzhou Vocational and Technical College carefully analyzes the responsibilities of each part, and actively communicates with the related government departments, and carries out teaching innovation under the guidance of government, and establishes a good relationship with the enterprises. In recent years, Fuzhou City Hall attaches great importance to education work and cooperation policy, and sets up Fuzhou Vocational and Technical College Council. Whether between school and government, enterprise and government, or between school and enterprises has formed closed contact. Secondly, under the guarantee of the cooperation mechanism, Fuzhou Vocational and Technical College and the enterprises actively develop professional characteristics and create education advantage. Taking the mechanical engineering major for example, the mechanical engineering in recent years is very popular in higher vocational colleges. The mechanical engineering major in higher vocational colleges indicates the demands of talents. But at the same time there are still some problems, such as the problems in the cooperation process of colleges and enterprises, and the students’satisfaction is not high and so on. Fuzhou Vocational and Technical College pays much attention to the problems of mechanical engineering major, and sets up the education objective to highlight the characteristic of specialty, and actively creates professional characteristics. Fuzhou Vocational and Technical College has made remarkable achievements in mechanical specialty of numerical control technology, mold design and manufacturing, mechanical and electrical equipment repair and management these three professional direction education. Finally, in the aspect of the construction of training base, the computer network professional group’s training base construction is particularly innovative. This training base closely combines the practical teaching with project research, and actively introduces enterprise management mode, so as to enable students to grow rapidly in the enterprise environment, and accumulated rich experience in practice.From Fuzhou Vocational and Technical College case analysis we can seek, although there are some difficulties in the process of the cooperation between the higher vocational colleges and the enterprises, the school-enterprise cooperation has wide development space under the support of government and establishing the concept of innovation, and actively carrying out cooperation. First, the government should establish and perfect the laws and regulations, and on this basis establish corresponding management organization, and carry out school-enterprise cooperation combination evaluation, leading the higher vocational colleges and enterprises to establish extensive cooperation. Second, the higher vocational colleges and enterprises should find a clear benefit combination, and form a community of interests, and then development education characteristics, train talents, construct training base and construction teachers’team together. Third, in order to ensure the smooth progress of cooperation, constructing cooperative security system has important significance. The Security system should fully play the role of government, higher vocational colleges and enterprises.
